Current Employee Outside of sales, I think it is generally a good company, but my experience within the GTM group has been disappointing thus far. Leadership, hired outside of the company has been the most difficult part of my experience, as they have unrealistic expectations being they aren’t familiar with the Company’s “sales goals.” Many of the Directors have been there for 5+ years and have only hit goal 1-2 times. Looking at the past 3 years, only 5-15% of Reps hit their quota annually, which is far below the national average. I’ve seen Reps have multiple $0 quarters in a row, yet it is extremely rare to see anyone put on a PIP. Therefore, my only conclusion is that the OTE is unattainable and meant to be that way so the company can avoid paying out accelerated commissions.
