Current Employee My overall experience is this WAS a great company to work for.
The organization has changed for the negative in the last two years. Lots of external managers have been brought on board who struggle to understand business values and their only tactic to close deals is to discount in the final hour. Account executives are not hitting quotas especially in the west coast and even though upper management recognizes this, they still are silently piping and letting people go due performance.
Existing accounts have been overly exhausted and sold into to and Salesforce hygiene makes it extremely difficult for net new prospecting.
Overall avoid like the plague if you can. No one is earnin nor are they learnin here.
