Former Employee1.6Jun 6, 2025SMB org is a joke. Terrible leadership with no internal structure to develop their reps. Basically no one is hitting their quota except for a few reps. Fear based culture and morale is very low, even if you're hitting your quota. Toxic environment, highly recommend to look elsewhere.
