Former Employee Braze sits in a saturated and complex space, with many products doing the very same. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity if you land a B2C organization but these sales cycles will take 12+ months.
The organisations has it's politics and sales leadership is lacking in leadership training and development, especially within Enterprise sales.
With more contract consolidation on the horizon, be on the look out for longer sales cycles, more intense legal negotiations and downward pressure on total deal size.
