My overall experience was extremely poor. Great product tech and the majority of my peers and solution techs. C level and executive team were poorly managed and the sales team was completely undervalued and frankly unappreciated. Many layoffs within less than a year, no clear expectations or comp structure and the goalposts for weekly activity were constantly changing. Trauma would be a great word to describe my experience working there and that’s not embellishing from my experience.

There’s a lot of turnover. The managers aren’t helpful with prospecting. They change comp in the middle of the month effective immediately.

overall disco has been an overall positive experience as my first career-job. the pay is great, and the product is fairly easy to sell. My only issue is that there is very little roadmap for the AE role or any promotion.
