Development and training was great and they have a great product, however they were not upfront about the commission as they changed the structure recently. The change in commission structure was actually the reason why I was hired as all the SDRs before me left because of the new structure. They tell you that you have an inbound lead, however it’s just a random lead. Some leads are out dated so most ppl you call don’t work at the firms anymore. From what seasoned SDRs told me, I’m receiving less than they were when they started even with me having more experience.
