Former Employee My experience wasn't positive. Realignment to a different manager every few months. I had a manager 2 months out of my first 6 months with the company. Meeting KPI's were unrealistic. The expectation was 16 meeting per week with a mix between virtual and in-person. Sales leadership required a 3 hour pipeline review every week. We're sorry you had such a frustrating experience. The environment you described is not one that fosters success. Under new leadership, we are completely re-evaluating our sales processes, KPIs, and tech stack to ensure we are empowering our reps and making their work more efficient, not less.
