This role began 2 years ago as a very flexible role, great managerial support, and an awesome culture. It’s moved to 5 days in office, without increasing compensation, and managerial turnover has been high. (6 different managers in the last year across the 2 teams). AE Quotas have increased significantly in the last quarter, up roughly 33% on average. The Sales Manager variable comp plan is split between team quota $ and AEs that hit quota, which has become virtually unachievable (especially with the coinciding churn from this change).
