Opportunities for advancement feel vague and limited. The leadership structure often resembles an inner circle of friends maintaining control, rather than a system driven by merit or transparency.

PE product/gtm strategy is more early stage. Cap table product has best pmf and is an inbound machine, but way too many reps on the team. The cap table market is totally squeezed out.
