CEO's message is to work harmoniously together as an "eco system", which is how modern tech companies operate, however Lumen's comp structure does not support this approach.

Current Employee2.7May 30, 2024My overall experience was good, the culture and people are great and it is a great strating sales role although very difficult to grow. Large company which has a process for everything and is pretty organized in this way.
