My overall experience was positive at Certinia. I was fortunate to have several great managers, who provided excellent support and mentorship. The PSA product is excellent. The unfortunate downside is that the c-suite had an overly optimistic view of the addressable market and over-hired. Overall, the experience of working at Certinia is great - the company provides useful employee benefits & the product is class-leading. Challenges lie in constant changes of strategy and PE owners squeezing the margin out of the company in all expected ways which degrades culture, motivation & working conditions
