Current Employee Not one Account Manager (key or major) hit their goal last year and will not this year as well. My quota went up 50% from last year with less leads and a lower comp package. They are also working on the merging of sales teams and solutions. There are a lot of issues with the sales process now after being acquired by Richardson. The sales teams are not being cross trained on solutions but being expected to sell both Richardson and Challenger methodologies. Getting information internally is extremely complex.
