Current Employee Company has a decent product but lead flow is very sparse, role is advertised as “nearly all inbound lead flow” but in reality is almost all existing accounts.
Culture is great, leadership is great, training is great, but very hard to hit quota/perform well, and significantly under paid relative to similar roles in the industry.
Great place to learn and receive great training for your role, but not a lot of opportunity for upward movement.
