How has leadership's approach to the sales org evolved after last year and some of the negative pr that was floating related to layoffs, etc? Is now a good time to consider Cloudflare sales roles?

Did this solely impact the sales team? Pretty big cut? I'm finalizing my interviews for the Emerging Digital Native Account Executive position.
I've yet to receive a clear answer on quota attainability, average sales cycle, annual quota, or deal size.
Can someone please shed light on these details?
