Lots of changes and growing pains taking place and leadership hasn’t met the moment yet. Hopefully they turn it around sooner than later, otherwise their CEO will have no problem publicly throwing his sales team under the bus again

My manager (a woman) was gas lighting me and trying to make me fail because she was threatened by me. Highly tenured reps are the only ones who succeed.
