Sales is subject to unfair quotas, poor trainings, and a very toxic workplace culture. We haven’t even been provisioned access to basic tools like Gong, and have no way to reflect on past calls with customers. The compensation is excellent, but everything else is immature and sub par. Commission is also paid out quarterly. the product is good, but the free tier is the biggest competitor as it has too many features. The CEO hates salespeople and isn’t afraid to articulate it.
