Cloudflare sales continues to have higher than normal attrition and be a very stressful environment. Even if you have a deal ready to sign the internal hurdles to getting resources and approvals in exhausting. We are very siloed from supporting teams so it takes way more effort than it should to get simple things done. The amount of work needed to be successful here is ridiculous and the pay is not commensurate with that effort.

Improving processes and systems are helping quite a bit. The division of territories can be chaotic sometimes but it seems like leadership is offering more equitable account books.
