Current Employee2.1Jan 15, 2024I wouldn’t recommend Cloudflare to anyone as a sales org. The culture they sell in interviews vs the reality do not match. Unrealistically short ramp times, lack of support and training for new reps, extremely cut throat, lack of accounts, unpredictable territory changes and firings, even demotions. The CEO does not understand sales and views employees as numbers....Read More

Current Employee3.1Mar 14, 2024My experience has been good so far. My managers have been fantastic. My biggest complaint is the ability to promote. The company has no problem with termination for underperformance. Interestingly, the company is slow to promote where employees excel.
