CobbleStone provides one of the best company cultures I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. From upper management, to the peers who do the same day to day tasks, everyone is extremely supportive. The day to day responsibilities are very rewarding and at times can be challenging. Great job ,great management .No micromanaging . Just know your base is impossible to live off of and you’d don’t make any commission until maybe your 2nd year because all the senior reps get all the good leads and double the leads you get .
