Current Employee Great job ,great management .No micromanaging . Just know your base is impossible to live off of and you’d don’t make any commission until maybe your 2nd year because all the senior reps get all the good leads and double the leads you get . At the end of the day ,you can be poor for 2-3 years and reap the benefits later or use the place for experience and leave after a year to get adequate pay like 90% of people who come and go at cobblestone .
