Former Employee Cognism is a good place to work with good people. However, that's all overshadowed with a terrible product. Going in, I looked at G2 and employee review sites, and everything looked really hopeful. However, I quickly discovered that the data was questionable, product was years behind the competition, and add the 2023 market, downsells and churn was rampant making hitting quota near impossible. This was the first time in my sales career that I felt helpless and unable to provide value to clients. Needless to say Product and Data kept their jobs while Sales suffered.
