Product is in the right direction but salaries need change. I know as an Accountant manager I am under paid there and even management admitted this . I praise my manager and Vp, very switched on, helpful and will help you in any way they can for you. Clarity in progression would be helpful. Where things stand, I do not know what it takes to move to mid market which is a big motivation for me.

Culture slipped slightly around few months back as a result of new SDR comp structure and redundancies in the AE team, however, it's now back on the up. SDR org has found a comfortable size where they can efficiently support the AE team. Still massive issues with product in deals to larger orgs. Security isn't up-to-par with Zoominfo and neither are integrations....Read More
