Leadership is going to rip through this org with abrupt, half baked decisions. Losing your top reps isn't 'natural attrition', it's being clueless at retaining top talent. Really frightening times

Love working here, we are new to the australian region and there are some growing pains but the positive's really outweigh the negatives. Lots of opportunities and great leadership.

Great org to join as an aspiring rep. Progression is very clear (although the first promotion is vacancy dependent). Reps are supported and with the enablement team being fleshed out more recently, support is only getting better Recent changes to the comp plan has ruffled some feathers
