Company almost entirely promotes from within, and great opportunity for hands on experience. The role is much better in the UK than in the US: the sales direction is entirely influenced by the UK and making the reps there as successful as possible. The company is behind when it comes to the product. It’s also priced too high for the value customers receive. Most of the senior leadership have been fired or left within the last year.
