Overall cultural is nice but too many different/inconsistent answers from leadership about policy/procedures. Lots of opportunities to sell or get compensated. Quota is stupid low for the first 12 months.

Strong brand, good benefits and ok pay, over penetrated market, questionable leadership. Full of problems for employees and customers alike. Good to consider especially if starting sales career, but quickly dismiss if it's not objectively better than other options.
