Okay experience. No capped commission but a tough sell and high quota to consistently hit each month. 18 month ramp they claim you have is not true. If you don’t perform in 9 months you’re out. Weak value prop. Competition is crazy. Management out of tune with what reps are facing. Sink or swim mentality.
