Base salaries could be higher but the culture is really great. Lots of awesome folks at the company. They need to stop hiring ex-Oracle managers though. They do not promote a good sales culture.

I really enjoyed working with Confluent pre IPO. After the IPO we became very concerned with profit margin. As the ecoomy and markets began to tank we became even more focused on cost cutting. Left in in Q2, company is expanding far too large and diluting territories, the average rep is hitting 40% of their quota
