Confluent has an excellent product and fit within the market - no one comes close to selling a better product in the data streaming and Kafka space, with that being said the data streaming space isn't infinitely large and the company has struggled to move into their product's new 'data streaming platform' identity - and candidly, just winning at Kafka won't be enough...Read More

Company still undergoing transition, but with huge potential if the organisation can learn to not sell just to technical buyers. Excellent remote-first model, but struggling with too many levels of management slowing down decision making and approvals, as well as too much complexity in the overall go to market model.
