It really depends which team you are in and what manager you are working for if you will be successful and enjoy working there. The culture is not great and in many parts of the business toxic. The priorities are constantly changing and many people miss their targets. You get very quickly replaced if you miss targets, there is no plan to support you to become successful.

The product and market fit are really great, they hit the spot of current needs in most industries.
