Compensation is great. BNL leadership was great but dismantled due to reorganization. Leadership in UK aims to hire reps in UK to serve continental Europe (DACH, Nordics, BNL, France) due to more flexible labor laws. VP of sales expects to have short sales cycles while net new logo sales cycles takes 6 to 9 months at least. Shorter cycles are realistic for €10k/€25k ARR but everything above €25k takes more time. Otherwise it’s not feasible (or very challenging) to attain due to highly competitive industry and the amount of transactional deals that need to close. Targets are between €800k / €975k annually so do the math

Overall good experience for exposure to the tech industry and resume building. Good benefits and cool culture. Downsides: - BDR to AE path does NOT exist (exact words from management) - Standard promotion flow is BDR -> AM -> AE. But the list of BDR's waiting to get promoted even to AM is PLENTIFUL.
