Overall quite negative, the new leadership that has been brought in is very unlikeable and the territories are increasingly slim. Success is not fairly distributed and the product is losing momentum in the market. Leadership refuse to acknowledge poor analyst reports and turn a blind eye to negative news. Small deal sizes in a hyper-competitive and commoditised space.

Compensation is great. BNL leadership was great but dismantled due to reorganization. Leadership in UK aims to hire reps in UK to serve continental Europe (DACH, Nordics, BNL, France) due to more flexible labor laws. Overall experience was great. I joined the company while it was still "professionalising". Their base salary wasn't great compared to others in the market but I've heard their compensation + sales processes have gotten better 5 years on.
