The people, and culture are good but the company has a problem providing good leads. They also offer a e-commerce website that allows prospects to bypass any sales person and directly offer their products and services. There are only a few products that a prospect can order, however the company will continue to offer more products. The company has already hinted at possible layoffs due to weak revenue goals.

Good company with relaxed WL balance in exchange for being underpaid. Fair trade off if you know what you’re getting into and value flexibility and WL balance over top compensation.

Due to a lack of training at the beginning & a lack of communication throughout, the expectations have changed numerous times, leading to miscommunication errors to where the leadership do not take accountability for the misconception.
