The people, and culture are good but the company has a problem providing good leads. They also offer a e-commerce website that allows prospects to bypass any sales person and directly offer their products and services. There are only a few products that a prospect can order, however the company will continue to offer more products. The company has already hinted at possible layoffs due to weak revenue goals.

While the division I was in can best be described as dysfunctional, the company as a whole is an admirable one from what I gathered.
