I am shocked the rating is this high. the only positive thing about this company was the co-workers. you will have quota change many times even in the middle of the QTR you will also have to watch payroll very closely to ensure you are being paid correctly. pay scale also change many times. every change to pay or quota resulted in less money for us and much more responsibility of the sales cycle. as of the time I worked there we had no way of progressing our career. If you are considering this company make sure you can survive on less. and reach out to current employees.

Couchbase is an incredible product. In a true competitive POC we win almost every time. Getting at bats is hard as the support from marketing and the SDR team is majorly lacking. The company values make the culture a great one.

Great culture and you can tell that the C-suite cares about their employees. Marketing has a lot of improvement to do especially when it comes to hot inbounds (contact us, price request, etc)
