The PE takeover has added a lot of scrutiny to performance, even when people are winning it doesn’t feel like we’re ever in a position to celebrate success. Hope we IPO again.

Company taken private in 2023 which has created a lot of challenges across the organisation. Seems to be improving, albeit, slowly.
