Great colleagues and great market fit. There can be very stressful times like any sales role, but things are noticeably more over the top than others. Quite a bit of micromanaging tactics but not super crazy. Overall I am satisified with my role and I have learned sooo much in such a short time about the industry and best sales tactics. Would recommend to a friend, I just would not expect to spend 7+ years here.

Overall the base compensation is super strong here, but nobody reaches their full OTE due to unrealistic commission plans.
