Sales organization is extremely toxic, especially on the new business side where less than 20% of reps make quota. Leaders have been in role too long and are protected from above while rep churn and burn is rampant. Customer growth is better but favoritism still exists. Strong leaders who performed were recently pushed out for advocating for pay equity btw men and women. PE is still making cuts. Think again before joining in 2024.

The product is great. That said, its a nice to have solution - and due to being strongest in market - Coupa's pricing is high to go with it. This delays deals and increases selling that needs to be done to earn business. Internal leadership has had a mass exodus within MM and Corporate segments.
