Target completely over the top almost unreachable. Only AEB (ACV) counts against target not TCV. Spending far too much time on admin and small issues. Used to be great but is not anymore. Cannot recommend.

With Palo Alto acquiring CyberArk, only time will tell in terms of what the future looks like. There is a stronger emphasis on quota attainment and accountability on the sellers with little to no accountability (no measurement on business impact) on overlay teams, SDRs and marketing.

Tenured employees suffer from low base pay. Somewhat mitigated with RSU's, but still far below market. Leadership and culture vary dramatically between teams. People leave managers, not companies.
