Current Employee2.7Mar 30, 2025Lots of changes- Datadog Customer Success is changing rapidly and more of an account management organization. The org lacks strong leadership and coaching is unhelpful. I haven’t learned much from my managers about sales or account management. Customers and product are good and hybrid schedule includes a lot of events which are fun.

Current Employee4.1Oct 31, 2023Wonderful company with excellent training! I wouldn't want to be a commercial SDR AT ALL. Avoid this at all cost if you want to consistently hit quota. Training is actually insanely great though
