Datadog is an outbound sales organization, they believe in it and stand by it because outbound has always equated to more deals, larger deals, and stronger deals. AEs who can figure that part out and do it consistently, are compensated extremely well, promoted internally extremely fast, and have a career foundation that's unmatched. Those who can't, don't - but that's sales

Paid well, decent benefits but if you're not walking into high growth accounts, you're toast. Will be a BDR until they finally tell you to leave at the 1 year+ mark.
