Current Employee Toxic culture with no real care for people. Career growth is promised but doesn’t exist, and the hierarchy is suffocating with constant micromanagement. My manager made things unbearable, narcissistic, credit-stealing, and quick to shame others instead of supporting them. Morale was so low that people were quitting one after another, and I left completely burnt out and devalued. Looks good from the outside, but the reality is a toxic, unsustainable place to work.
