Former Employee Leadership changes has shifted priorities of the ground level leaders and that has made the day to day life of individual contributors very very difficult. There is no work life balance. You are a demo monkey and spend as much of your day as possible on calls with customers. The SE approach has shifted from using our time valuably, to spray and prey until burnout, then replace. The sales team churns at least a few reps every quarter
