Current Employee They have been making changes to the comp plan to make it easier for reps to hit their number (which has been great) – but, from top down, leadership is too focused on vanity metrics and puts too much emphasis on quantity over quality despite shrinking territories and inability to get past the idea of "going wider" in accounts when there's a solid disposition.
There's a lot of benefit to starting here, as you'll really have to dial in on operational excellence as a full-cycle AE managing deals, pipe gen, and professional development.
