Gritty, outbound, hunter role in commercial sales. 95% outbound, 5% inbound, managers are super sellers who support the high-velocity sales process. Amazing product, incredible job security, and a very social and sales-based culture.

Datadog is a great sales school, in SMB it feels like we’re scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of ideal customers available in the market.

I would rate my experience an 8/10. Good place to start your sales career by selling a highly technical product and learn how to apply frameworks such as MEDDICC . Luck (territory, leadership, accounts) plays a big part in success here. (Very) Hard work is also a must.

Worst place I have ever worked. Mid market sales in EMEA is the most toxic place to be. Management need to be stripped out and replaced. Boys club culture. Needs more diversity. Culture is horrendous, everyone is miserable and less than 5% hitting number. Serious changes needed. Do not recommend
