Current Employee Strong value prop and sure the best player in the Observability space. Challenging environment in crowded space. Expanded enterprise sales organization by deploying entirely new teams with little to no experienced leadership from within or other successful reps in region. Re-inventing the wheel happens often. Big emphasis on new logo sales, though most reps who’ve proven to be successful did so on existing big customers.
