Current Employee Product centric culture vs sales centric. With most investment going into product and skimping on the marketing side, it leaves reps with a very heavy outbound PG motion without the proper tools to so. Think very manual and lots of cold calling. Whether or not you are micromanaged really depends on you manager. The territories are saturated and it is feast or famine, but they still keep hiring! One Rep can get 1 good account and blow out their number and carry the team while the rest of the org is at less than 10% attainment. So yes, the TEAM hits their number but only a handful of people are actually getting paid. Also, zero flexibility on discounting so when you have strong competitors in your accounts that offer similar value/features AND have the ability to make deals, you’ll lose every time. Everyone is searching for that ONE good deal/account to make or break their year while hustling to no end. Take that for what you will! Browse Other Reviews
