SE comp is still much lower than competitors but the product is light years ahead, high probability of hitting OTE year-in, year-out.

Only a month in but overall a great onboarding experience. Long ramp to help you get up to speed and new structure that incentivizes new logo lands. Culture and leadership are hungry and with the long ramp seem to be patient. Coming from a previous org and technology that was on the down trend I’m excited to be a part of a growth mindset org with a great product.

Culture took a major hit with some shuffling around and a bunch of reps leaving recently. Comp isn’t as competitive as it could/should be and there aren’t too many reps hitting/exceeding quota, but the product is definitely best-in-class.
