Culture took a major hit with some shuffling around and a bunch of reps leaving recently. Comp isn’t as competitive as it could/should be and there aren’t too many reps hitting/exceeding quota, but the product is definitely best-in-class.

great product, but monitoring is such a crowded space. very hard to break into net new enterprise accounts.
