Current Employee2.7May 7, 2025Very high-risk, high-reward type of role. Reps have to be very good, work very hard AND be very lucky. The upside of having success is a large, talent-hungry enterprise sales org to grow into. The downside is the Mid-market segment seems to assume very low average rep attainment as part of the model. High turnover and low agency/control of your own destiny.

Current Employee3.3Apr 25, 2024Overall experience is good - however recently much more micromanagement from the sales leaders, quite annoying.
