I've been here 4 years and hit quota one time. It's a hit or miss for 90% of the reps. Some walk into massive deals and the majority are left struggling to get by.

Great company and great leadership on the front lines. Cross functional teams are outstanding, especially within the different product lines. Earnings for anyone 0-24 months is tough and new comp plan for Strategics was a disaster.
