Really good experience but the French market is quite mature with already 3 teams (8 AE/team) working on the same segment (SMB - 1 to 1K employee).

Overall experience positive, great product and market fit. Learnt a lot and come out a better sales than when I joined. Achievement is low across the team and this is acknowledged by the business. It's really competitive and sales cycles are long so only few people hit their numbers.
